A little about me...

I'm Hayley, a textile artist and colour enthusiast based in the West Midlands. I mainly work with felt and yarn, creating one of a kind wreaths, banners and colourful hanging decorations. I also doodle, paint and try all the crafts (except knitting, I cannot knit). In 2021 I hosted my first workshops, and loved doing it, so expect more of those in 2022, eeeep!

I originally started out as an embroidery artist, stitching funny quotes and characters. To produce an embroidery hoop it takes hours of work, and I found it difficult to sell pieces at a fair price, so after feeling a bit deflated I decided to try something new, and bought myself a pack of colourful felt. I love the freedom of being able to create whatever pops into my brain, my biggest inspirations are colour, florals and fun abstract shapes.

I am very fortunate to have a home studio to work from in my pyjamas. This is where I design and create products, pack orders, take photographs and make a big old mess!
